elevation tag / spot elevation tag location

Is there a way to have the end of an elevation or spot tag move furtuer away from the edge of the building? The current tag is too close to my building and I can't seem to find a way to move the end furter away.

The bubble itself can be dragged wherever you want it.... When you select the arrow a line with grips on it should show up....that is your cut point and can be moved to where you need it....just be sure not to grab both the arrow and bubble at the same time as we found this moves the cut point...
