Dimension Text

For some reason all my horizontal dimension text is above the line and all my vertical dimension text is below the line. What do I do to fix this?

Open Settings > Annotations > Dimensions and check that text is set to " above dimension line ", and "left of vertical".

For some reason I saw the Above Line toggle, but completely missed the Left of Line option! Glad it's Friday!!
