I need help with a couple of items please.. i have attached an image for reference

- i inserted bar joists into a model.. the bar joist top chord will extend out to cover a 5-0 overhang.. how to i do that?

- i inserted a single bar joist.. is there a way to insert multiple at 4-0 o.c... or do i have to insert one, than copy

1. use "end extension" in the bar joist family.

2. Use a Beam System to layout the joists in each structural bay.
Look at the Help on Beam Systems. Works really well.
