Facade Help

ok.. i know this is like my 5 th post today.. but im eager to learn this program before withdrawals from autocad kick in

please assist me in building the cmu columns and facade out front.. see image attached

The CMU "Columns" could be walls or a CMU column family or an architectural column with CMU finish. The walls above (facade) are...walls....Just like you would build it.
