change object workset

sometimes I cant change the workset of selected objects. I have to make them editable through the worksets dialog. Is there a way to change that globally without going into the worksets dialog.

There should be a "puzzle-piece" looking icon that appears when you select an un-editable
object. Clicking it will make the object editable.

Also, highlight the object, then right-click and you have two options:

1. Make element editable
2. Make Workset editable
