Air walls

I've got air walls in my GBS Constructions. They have an air surface U-value of 15.32. Anybody know what air walls are?

Air Wall is a DOE2 wall type. It's essentially a non-physical wall that separates two spaces. Other wall types are Interior, Exterior, Adiabatic. For some reason GBS put a lot of air walls in my model.
