I have a circular ceiling at elevation 10'-8" that I need to pitch about that height so that one end is at 11'-0" and the other is at 10'-4". I did not create this model but need to modify it.

I have a section cut down the center-line, perpendicular to the center-line of the pitch, so that if I get it right the right side of the disc will be at 11'-0" and the left side will be at 10'-4".

Any help on pitching it? I tried using the "rotate" command in the section view, and it snaps on to the ceiling, and I input my angle of 3 degrees, but it says "can't change plane of Ceiling Sketch."

This is in Revit 2009.

Go to Edit ceiling. While in sketch model, add a slope arrow.
Then highlight the arrow, and specify heights at head and tail of the arrow.

finish sketch, and there you have it!
