Adding Section Markers & Callouts from Linked Models

In our project we own the interior of our building and the building shell is linked in. For our final set of drawings we need to incorporate callouts and section markers created in the linked model into our drawings.

So far we have been using "by linked view" to see their drawings but that doesn't allow us to see the sections and callouts. What is the best way to incorporate sections and callouts from a linked model into our drawings?

The sections have to be in both models, and on the sheets in the Parent File. Search for my username, theres tons of posts on this setup. You cannot see View Annotations and view markers from Linked Files, period.
