Design Sets Finishes

Do any of you know if there is a way to have a specific wall in the "Main Model" have two different options for paint?

I have set up the different option sets however if the wall will be the same in all options, it should be placed in the main model. Yet you cannot modify any elements outside the design option in which you are in.

Is my only alternative to move the wall into one of the options, and then place another wall in the other option?

Appreciate any guidance.

Yes--the Design Option method may be a bit problematic for that situation.

As an alternative, you could always make the walls which need to be colored differently Groups, then save out the Groups as a Revit projects and Link back into your model--as many times as you need different flavors, and turn on//off the links under Manage Links.
