I just downloaded my new version of Revit Acrhitecture 2011. Everything went well except that on the very bottom of the interface on the status bar everything is X'd out and unreadable. This was the case on the trial version which I understand, but why is it occurring on my new purchased version? I downloaded everything as my new product.

It has nothing to do with the trial version versus the purchased version - they are identical.

It's likely some sort of video card/driver incompatibility.

Check your video card and driver on the "Graphics Hardware List":

You wouldn't happen to have your Windows DPI display settings set to a higher percentage than default? If so, try changing the DPI settings back to 100% and see if the problem goes away.

Thanks for the advice. I will try it and see if that's the fix.
