How to print in 'Group 4 fax format 300 dpi' using AutoCAD 2004

If i want to print in Group 4 fax format 300 dpi which drivers we need to use for autoCAD?

following link give details about Raster file formats supported by HDI raster output driver.
in which we can print file in TIFF format.

Have you tried a web search for Raster Drivers (set-up as a Windows Driver, then Plot within AutoCAD to that device)?
