Hello all,
I've been away from Revit Architecture for about 2 years while I tried a different career. That didn't work out so, I have returned. Last version I used was 2008 with 3 years BIM experience up to that point. My new architecture firm is using 2010 and will soon upgrade to 2011. I am looking for tips/tricks and suggestions for "getting back in the groove". So, far I've gotten acquainted with ribbons but most everything else looks familiar. Anybody else have a similar experience? Thanks!

Conceptual Modeler was a big new item in 2010 that was added onto in 2011. You may want to start Zack's blog from the beginning. http://buildz.blogspot.com/

You may also go thru Lukes blog, http://whatrevitwants.blogspot.com His "2011 Secrets" posts starting here may be helpful http://whatrevitwants.blogspot.com/2010/03/revit-2011-secret-1-persistent.html

The Revit Clinic blog also will have many good nuggets to digest:
http://revitclinic.typepad.com/my_weblog/

Then, if you have an account here, maybe review the course ware from past AU's on Revit
http://au.autodesk.com/

Aside from the blog readings, if you like to watch videos, there is a "What's New in 2011" series on YouTube from Autodesk here

Good luck!

Oh Good!,
I'm pretty much in the same boat. by 2005, I was cruising with Revit and then went to a firm that only recently went to use revit for all stages....back in the saddle! :-P
