Schedule Wall Sweeps

I have determined that I can schedule my wall sweeps to ascertain how many linear feet of each type (baseboard, crowns, etc) that I have- which can be used to estimate costs. But, I have several other types of mouldings that need to be accounted for, like casings around doors, openings, and windows, and several in-place sweeps. How can get those placed into my schedule?

How does one categorize door and window casings? Are these considered "casework" (casing - casework, get it?), or should they be a sub-category of walls, or even of windows/doors? In most cases, the type I am hoping to schedule the lengths are related to so-called Trim work, which includes base, and crown moldings.
