What's the easiest way to bring in special characters to Revit?
In AutoCAD, it is so easy to copy & paste from Word or something,
and that it's also easy to type subscripts & superscripts.
Is there any similar function in Revit?

Thanks in advance

Revit uses True Type fonts.

If you have TTF with special characters, install it in C:\Windows|Fonts

Then start Revit and it will pick up the new fonts.

Thank you,

Is there a character map like in AutoCAD?

In addition, how do you type in subscripts & superscripts?

use windows Character Map to find the special characters you are looking for, and then copy them from Char. Map into the text box in revit.

Alternatively, if you know the ALT codes for the character, you can hold down the ALT key and use the number pad to enter the 4 number code for the special character. (has to be the 10-key number pad, numbers at the top of the keyboard wont work)
