I activate worksets on a new drawing and when I put in wire they are automatically assigned to "View "Floor Plan 1- Lighting" which is the view they are on..? What am I doing wrong?

And its grayed out so I cant change it.

Wiring is a view-dependent object (similar to annotation) therefore you can't put it on a workset. Although, that's not ENTIRELY true... It's assigned to the VIEW workset (by default it's toggled off).
