I'm just starting to switch from 2010 to 2011 and I can't find the "move to front" command for an imported ACAD file. According to the help screen, it's supposed to be in the Properties tab but nothing is there. Am I missing something?

This feature is available for certain objects, in certain views. The following information is in the help documents:
"Draw order options are available when you select detail components in the view. This functionality is also available in the Family Editor (for detail components in the Detail and Profile families), and for raster images".

Does that mean they took this option AWAY for imported ACAD files? That would be stupid. I can't see the file when it's behind my Revit objects!

The option is still there in 2011, and is still in the same place, on the Options Bar. Keep in mind this only works on DWGs that were imported to "Current View Only". If you had skipped this check-box when importing, you will not see the background/foreground pull down list on the options bar.

aha! That would be the problem - thanks Bret!
