umm... can't move blue arrow instance parameter grips?

I just noticed that my casework countertops, which have blue grip arrows due to having instance length parameters, will not allow me to adjust the length by click-dragging on the arrows. It's as if Press & Drag is turned off, but it is definitely on.

Anyone seen this? It's only on a particular project. I opened a new project and it works just fine there.

I did see this fairly recently, though I think it was before Update 1.

I think I just reloaded the family and that fixed it (I may have changed some inconsequential parameter value to get it to overwrite the existing family). Or maybe I closed Revit and reopened the project. I forget exactly, but it went away.

Very odd. Closing out of Revit and coming back solved it.
