ANYONE KNOW OF A SOURCE OF ARROWS?

You can make your own and save as a block. You can load it as a user defined block.

Just make sure the linework inside that block is on layer 0, colour & linetype ByBlock. This allows the dimstyle to set the layer & colour (etc.) of the arrows.

Or are you maybe looking for "fancy" arrows? Maybe something like north-points?
