ok here is a pick of what's going on in this building. i know you can put a cricket in the corner to get rid of the water but i cant get ti to work. is there another way to get rid of this water. if not can some one tell me how to get a stupid cricket in there.

Here's what I'd do:
Add a new roof and draw the cricket footprint as a small, thin triangle with the tip at the eave. Then, use the slope tool to create a suitable slope in the right direction. Finish the roof...then use the Roof Join tool to send the edges and back of the cricket to meet with the existing, larger roof.
You might have to play with the slope arrow's start elevation to get the tip of the cricket right where you want it to be.
