Custom Section Tag & Callout Tag

I'm trying to create a custom section marker as shown on the attached thumbnail. I'm able to make the section tag easily, but when I load it into my project, it's not orienting the label with section cut. I'm assuming it's because the section type is still using the Callout Head w 1/8" Corner Radius as the Callout Tag. I've tried to create a new Callout Head but when I load it back into the project, I'm not able to change the Callout Tag in the type properties of the section. Is there a way to get this to rotate? I noticed when I made the elevation tags, the label had a parameter to uncheck for "fixed rotation" but the Section Head template does not have this parameter for a label. Please take a look at the attached .rfa file and let me know what I can do.

Did you ever figure this out? I've been trying to do the same thing and can't get it to work.

I had to do something similar, where I used section callouts in an elevation setting (don't ask, it was a one-off).

What I ended up doing to get around the text not rotating with the elevation tag was creating 4 types in the family, one for up, down, left, right. Use the visibility parameter to control the 4 types. It's a bit clumsy, but it worked for what we needed. Maybe it'll work for others?
