Is there a way I can align multiple walls to one level instead of picking it one by one?
For examples, I have 10 walls that are 5 stories high. I want to align all of them to become 1 story high. Instead of clicking one by one, what's a better way to do it? There's an option called "multiple align", but you still have to click each wall at a time.
Thanks in advance.

select all the walls (you could use a crossing window) and change their properties to go from Level 1 to Level 2 (or whatever your levels are named)

You should not really use the Align command for this.
The walls' top extent should be controlled by the properties of the walls.
You can select several walls at once and then change their top constraints.
see attached.

Actually, this is what I'm trying to do.
It's a 6 story building. I just need the 5th floor elements only to be exported to Navisworks.
I try to delete everything except the 5th floor. But the walls are too tall because the model I received are not built per story. I wish there's way to "trim" all of the walls that are beyond 5th floor and 6th floor so they are all one story high.
Your method works if the walls are regular wall but not walls that have punch openings in them.

See the attached file. This is what I want to do. Only the 5th floor elements and nothing else.

See if the walls have their "profile edited" and if so, remove the profile edit.
You should also be able to set the base constraint of all the walls to the 5th floor
which will "trim" them as you need. The windows may need their sill heights adjusted
to be above Level 5, etc.

only visible elements will be exported out to navisworks. just create a 3d view and hide everything but the 5th floor elements. then export to NWC. Where walls extend beyond levels, try a section box.

Cool. I'll give it a try. Thanks for the suggestion. I appreciate that.
