I am working on a renovation and have a bunch of video files of pans of the existing rooms in the building. For presentation reasons, I would like to create a hyperlink button in each room to the corresponding video file. I thought I recalled a URL property for annotative text but do not have it in 2011. Any other ideas on how to do this?

The URL is a Type parameter, not an instance Parameter. You can create an instance based project parameter, of the URL type, and assign it to what ever catagories you want. As to linking it yo a video file, it should work, you just need the entire path, including the file name to paste into the URL parameter.

Thanks Scott. That got me in the right direction. It is kind of a nice addition to existing phased drawings for condition checks. The file is attached for anyones use. You just plug in the image/video location into the "LINK" parameter.
If only there were a way to make the camera a clickable link.
