Pantone library causes computer to hang...

Hi all...

PLEASE can someone help with this issue I've had since 2010, and seems to have carried forward to my 2011 installation. Everytime I try to click on the pantone colour button in the colour palette, my computer hangs. Is there a way to reinstall the pantone library? or is it a bug that I've missed somewhere along the way?

I'm on 64-bit windows 7 - I've tested on similarly setup computers in the office, and they have no trouble with their pantone palette...

I've had the same problem too. Update to Web Update 1 and upgrade your video card driver.
Mine went away. Somewhere between reinstalling windows and the stuff above i managed to fix it.
