Error message opening ASD

Help - I get this error message when trying to open AutoCAD Structural Detailing - "error while trying to read \barlib7_aci.xml file . Check if file exists on given path." That file exists in my ASD folder. What gives?

What version do you use?

I found mine in:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Structural\Common Data\Data\Reinf

Q2: Did you uninstall (reinstall) any Autodesk related software lately?
