Section tags missing Revit 2011

Looking for help! Have a big project going, four of us working on a shared central file via local files. Large model with lots of details and sheets set up. Yesterday our section tags disappeared. But they are only gone in plan.

The actual sections are still in the project and on sheets. The section tags show up in most but not all section views, but do not show up at all in any floor plans.

visibility graphics, annotations, section tags is checked, etc...should be on a visible but do not show up. could this be a 'hide at courser scales' issue? as a team member was setting up new sheets at a new scale yesterday?

Please advise where I can find them so they are once again visible in plan.

I think you already answered your question....Go to the missing sections in the project browser and look at the properties...My guess is someone changed the scale to the same as the view scale
