Loaded Component preview

I created a family component but after I load it in my project, the preview does not work properly. the component seems to be on 3d but with backside preview not front.

Help :(

please let me know if there's no fix for this so I wont have to go crazy trying to fix it :(

Its a known bug.

Thanks Erik .. beleive it or not it makes me feel better. atleast I'm not going crazy :)
