Hi
Yes, I'm working on ASD 2011 installed under Windows 7x64.
You need the x64 version of ASD 2011.

I have been running on W7 with 2011 since it was released.
Define the term "fine"
That is arbitrary, it works, for the most part, if the project isn't too big, and if you don't get random corruptions to your files, and if you don't do something the program isn't expecting in your workflow.
That said, I haven't really noticed a huge difference to 2010 on XpPro 32 bit performance wise, despite the supposedly extra available ram.
The program doesn't really seem to multithread the processors, so it bogs down on large functions such as updating large group views used for GA's

Hi,
I have found ASD to be a little unstable on Windows7 64bit especially within the Steel detailing module. The best approach is to set the visual styles to 2D wireframe, this seems more stable. If you do not need to model the connections then it is better to define the wireframe in ASD and then take this into Revit Structure which will handle larger models.

Are you working on the network?
Any firewall which blocks the access to the network (internet)?
How much is the RAM and CPU loaded? (Task Manager).
Is AutoCad 2011 (vanilla) working correctly?
Did you install the x64 version?
Have you tried with the x32 version?
