Hi All.

So I'm shaping floors with the "Modify Sub Elements" tool. You know... for sloped slab drainage and stuff.

Is it possible to delete just one of the shape handling points, w/o resetting the whole shape? I've tried right clicking on a point, but the "Delete" option is grayed out.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah just pick the Modify Sub Elements button then pick the unnecessary point and hit the Delete key on your keyboard. Not sure why this works but the GUI options for delete are greyed out. :screwy:

And the interesting this is that the default sub elements that exist with the floor (they are in green) don't show the delete option as grayed out. But no matter what you do you cannot delete/move those original sub elements. Sounds like they got the icons in the UI switched for those two different sub element types.

As far as I can tell it is not possible to delete a point in a 3d view. Works in a plan view fine. (RVT2016)
