Disappearing Annotations & Dim

When I move an object that has a tag, dimension attached to it, it gives me a warning "Elements will be deleted" and it deletes them. It's time consuming to have to go back into every view and find out what's missing.
If you notch the element, the tags and dimentions stay...

You are un-joining everything, that is why that happens. Uncheck that box on your options bar.
