CAD-2007 TO 2010

I created SSM in CAD 2007 with the callout block named anno-detail-a2. I bring it to another computer which use CAD 2010 and I cannot see all the ref-block in all drawings although I've changed the path already. It still can see in CAD 2007.What the problem I had? how can I fix it?

Make sure the annotation scale for the viewports match the viewports' display scale.
