CIrcle display in the computer A is OK, but in computer B is oval, and the monitor is 21 x 14"
Is it the monitor problem, how to fix it?

Right click on the desktop, and choose PROPERTIES.

Click Settings, and select a screen resolution to match the screen ration of the monitor.
