Oval window?

I'm doing a design with multiple oval windows. What would be a good way forward, sketch oval fenestrations in a wall or creating a family of oval windows? They will obviously not open, and one of them covers two floors.

All advice appreciated.

When ever possible create a family. Openings, or inplace families tend to be a bigger performance hit than familes cause.

Thanks. I failed to mention that these fenestrations are slanted, i.e. the outer edge has a bigger radius than the inner, so I'm not really sure how to model it. The design asks for stucco exterior so the flashing is still under debate, but at this point a later problem.
