Revit 7.0 dimension problem

Hi,

I have this Revit 7.0 drawing file.
On the Lower Ground Floor Plan I would like to have the distance from the core of the 110mm external garage brickwork to the boundary fence as 570mm instead of 590mm which is reported now.
How can I do this?
I have exhausted all the methods - moving the wall together, create a construction line 20mm from the face of the core and align the wall.....nothing seems to happen.

Please help!!

If you select the wall, does the 590 mm dimension highlight in blue ? ( showing that it can be adjusted )

If it does, select that dimension and type in 570 and the wall will move to be 570 from the boundary.

If it doesn't, the wall is constrained somehow and you'll need to look for constraining dimension or locked alignments to resolve first.

No it doesn't come up.
But I cannot figure where the constraints might be.

Any ideeas?

Have you adjusted your dimensions tolerances?
