Revit 2011 - is there a keyboard shortcut to panel

In Revit 2011, am I right in thinking that there is no keyboard shortcut option to bring up a tabbed panel - e.g. 'Home' or 'Insert' ?

Thanks - I couldn't see how to do it

There are occasions when you seem to have to click the 'Home' tabbed panel heading to have some menu options appear (in place modelling - extrusions?)

If you hold down the Alt key it will bring up keyboard shortcuts for the Tabs.
Alt+H for Home
Alt+A for Annotate
Once you know the second keystroke after Alt you don't have to hold it down to see what they are. You can just type them in.

I'd completely forgotten about the Alt options.

It's to put in my X-keys programmable devices and Alt H seems to work fine as long as I am in another tab - which is what I was looking for.
