Wall Type Schedule

I'm trying to create a wall type schedule. Is there anyway to add the Base Constraint as a Field? Also, I think this would be pretty tricky, but is there anyway to have a direction facing Field (like North, or Northeast or something?).

Not to my knowledge there isn't. That is a part of the database that is "locked" and inaccessible.

I don't believe even the API could do that. Walls know which side they face, but are not "compass" aware to my knowledge.
