I created an air terminal family based on Titus TAF-L-R/W. Since there is no Air Terminal template in 2010, I used the generic model face-based template, and then changed the category to Air Terminals. Everything works fine once I bring over the family to my project, except it doesn't save my CFM value when I input it under Element Properties. Hence, my tags also read 0 CFM. I checked my annotation tag families on out-of-the-box air terminal families, and they all work fine, so I know nothing's wrong with the tag families. I have attached the family file here, and would appreciate any suggestions to solve my problem.

You need to link the flow parameter from your connector to the flow parameter from your family. To do so, click on your connector and go in the properties. Find the Flow parameter and click the button on the far right of that line and then choose the flow parameter from your family. Once those 2 parameters are linked, your air terminal should work properly.

HTH!
