What is causing this error?

Base Constraint - 3RD FLOOR
Top Constraint - Up to Level: 4TH FLOOR

check to see if there are any offsets from the base or top levels.

Check the "Function" Construction parameter of the wall type. Foundation walls behave differently relative to top & bottom constraints from Interior, Exterior, etc.

Thanks Michael, i was having the same problem with my wall as bryan, if the wall is under the foundation function then it wount allow you to set the top constrants above the bottom. set it to exterior or interior and you are good to go :)
