I use one floor for construct the slab and then over I construct another floor for making the pavement for the room. Is this the best solution?
Perhaps Revit need a new component like ceiling for making the pavement.

Ricardo,

The method you are using is one way to get a surface patterned floor as part of a larger floor.

Another way is to paint the floor.with the surface material after splitting the face.

Hey there,
As was discussed in one of the classed at AU, finish floor elevations and dimensions are usually taken from the concrete slab, not the floor finish (Pavement I assume is what you call the finish).
I actually like to add a finish floor over my concrete to ensure accuracy and make it simple to show certain things on the CD's later. Operator's choice. During Schematic Design, I do simply split surfaces to make it faster and quicker to modify during design.

Good luck
