curious - file size appears different in properties vs. folder's detail view

I was just curious - in my folder, the file size displays as 132MB but when I right-click and go to its properties, the file size shows up as 65.2 MB.

Anyone know why?

if the file is open, it will be double the size in the folder. Close the file and you should see it drop to 65.2
