Callout Boundry - 2 Types?

I'd like to have 2 boundary linetype options for callouts. One for large areas (plans) and one for details. The linetype seems to only allow one and it is either to large for my smaller area callouts (becomes just a solid line) or two small for my larger plan callouts (dash-dots to small too many). I can't figure out a way to do this, is it possible?

Update - I made the corner radius smaller on my detail callout tag and this helped to get the boundary line types to show up better on my detail callouts.

Set up the style you use the most often then in your other views, alter the VG individually or use the view templates <<Preferred
