Jog In Interior Elevation

Is there a way to do an interior elevation with a jog in it, like you can do to a section cut?

Not that I know of--but you can just use a jogged section like an elevation, can't you?

Yea, I suppose you could. Doesn't help you out on your callouts at all. Then I'd have a callout thatI'd have to figure out how to make read right and a section callout that I'd have to hide or something.
