How do I create a blank line after couple numbers? See Below

1. THIS LINE STARTS
2. AT NUMBER ONE.

3. NOW I WANT A SPACE BETWEEN
4. BETWEEN THEM.

Don't think so. Even carriage returns get a number.

Unfortunately this Bullets and Numbers in Revit is just useless!....Hopefully in the next update they will fix it

you could create a schedule and then split it.

Nope. A better text editor has been on the wishlist for years. Don't expect an improvement any time soon.

I'll repeat my previous posts
Hey Autodesk, 1985 called, they'd like their text editor back.
Really I'm not asking for much, but even mtext works better.
And it's been on the wishlist every year for like the last 10 (might have been more, didn't want to waste time looking)

Here, here!

Hey Autodesk, if you do NOTHING ELSE for the next release of any A'desk program...Atleast fix the REVIT text editor so it behaves like any normal editor on earth!
Sincerely,
The people who work with your programs on a daily basis and without us you wouldn't exist

I take it that most of the posts above are relatively new to Revit (low post counts) and are therefore unaware that this topic has been a running discussion since Chris Zoog's garage days. Take some time to look up previous posts. I myself have spilled a lot of ink on this one topic.

(Chris Zoog founded the original Revit forum, which morphed into this AUGI site. Legend has it he operated it out of the back of his garage. Curiously, we haven't heard much from him lately.)

Yes, you are probably right, someone could have linked the n00b's questions to other relative threads, but it doesn't hurt to continue to rattle A'desk's cage in many places until this gets addressed, don't you agree?

I agree with that. Plus I'd add the links, but I think there's to many to count. Plus it'd take me a solid week to find all the posts that question the functionality of the Revit text editor on just Augi's forum. Frankly I've got better things to do.
