I am trying to combine 24 x 24 ceiling pattern with dots pattern.
I am looking at my revit.pat file, but cannot find "DOTS" pattern data.
Isn't this one of the basic pattern?
It seems like this file covers only some of the patterns that exist in my revit file.
Can someone please let me know where I can find rest of the pattern data?
Thanks

Revit installs with a limited number of hatches in the revit.pat file.

A project may "inherit" new .pat files/hatches if cad dwgs. are imported, or custom .pat files are created from an outside directory ( such as AutoCad's .pat file ).

Revit them stores the patterns in it's project file---not in a folder location
like AutoCad.

I do not think that "dots" is one of the standard hatch patterns that comes with Revit?
If you have AutoCad on your machine, you can create a new custom pattern from inside Revit, and browse out to the Acad.pat file.
