Revit to Bentley for the Corp

Has anyone worked with an outside service company to convert Revit / AutoCAD files into the Corp of Engineers required Bentley BIM file? We are looking for a company that can provide these services throughout the process and can deliver at the various submittal periods the required Bentley files. We will provide Architecture, Mechanical and Structural in Revit while Electrical, Civil and Landscape will be in AutoCAD.

Please feel free to P.M. me if you have specific company recommendations good or bad.
