Creating room area not bounded by walls

I have a porch that I want to identify as a "room" so its area can be included in schedules. There is only a wall on one side of the porch. How do I do that?

From your HELP - Under Rooms you will find: Room Separation Lines .....That is a different room bounding element from walls.
