That line by the label of a viewport. I created a new label so I could make the bubble for the drawing title bigger, and font size for the drawing name and number bigger, and add the prefix "SCALE:" in front of the scale of the drawing. Now that horizontal line is in the wrong place. All I can do is change the length of the line by moving the dot left or right.

By the way it is real annoying moving the label aroung on a sheet because it is associated with the viewport. Oops the viewport is moving; now it's not. But what I need to know is how to reposition the default location of that line between the drawing name and its scale.

If you open the View Title template you will see a red note that says:

View Title system line terminates at intersection of ref planes.
Dummy line shows location of View Title line.
Delete this note and dummy line before using.

I am sorry, but I do not understand your instructions.However, I just found the tutorial and documentation for The Families Guide which I will study. Perhaps the solution is there.

I solved my problem. It took a little thinking. After dragging my newly sized circle (two arcs, I don't know why around in my view title family object thing I realized I could not do that. I had to make sure the edge of my newly sized "bubble" touched the line at the same point as the original one. My new view title is attached.
