These dynamic door elevations of aluminum storefront doors were created back in 2006 and I'm finally getting time to share them with everyone. I have made three dynamic door blocks since each manufacturer has slightly different hardware, stile & rail sizes. I hope they prove useful.

Some key features are:
1. All of the door blocks can be changed to narrow, medium or wide stile.
2. The door size can easily be changed to accommodate the door opening.
3. Each door style includes standard push pull, panic push bar and mid rail panic hardware, along with no hardware configurations.
4. The top and bottom rail can be changed for custom sizes. Example: Change the standard bottom rail to make a high bottom rail.
There are two ways to change the door opening width on the pair of doors. You can grab the linear parameter at the right hinge pointer and it will resize each door leaf equally or if you grab the bottom linear parameter you can change each leaf individually. This way you could make an auto showroom door.
I insert these blocks from the AutoCAD Design Center so I do not have to worry about the additional information in the drawing where the blocks reside. This way both doors, the single and the pair, can be in the same drawing file.
