MEP 2011 - Missing icons in Ribbon from Enterprise CUI

After creating a new company.cuix to use as the Enterprise customization file and partial loading the MEP.cuix into this, I lose a large portion of the icons in the ribbons.

I have not changed any support paths, and I have left the cuix files in their default locations.

Any ideas?
