ACImpression cuix loads as default

Hi,

For some reason in AutoCad 2010 the ACImpression cuix loads as default when opening Autocad and no acad.cuix file is within the cui manager, has to be loaded each time we roll out autocad.

Can some one please enlighten me as to what the problem is?

When you say that "no acad.cuix file is within the cui manager [and] has to be loaded each time we roll out autocad," are you saying that the issue only happens when the user first runs AutoCAD after a deployment?

Yes.
However, I have redone all of the deployments and followed your thorough steps on creating an office and user cuix - this has worked wonderfully.
