Does anybody know how to tell what version ie; service pack that you are running? when I go to the product and licensing it just has a number across the top but it doesnt say if there is a service pack applied or not.

Autodesk has had a tool that used to be called the CAD Manager Tool for a while.
This year they renamed it to Asset Locator.

It can search out on your network and return version numbers for all of your Autodesk applications.
I used to use it to make sure I had the latest build installed throughout the office, but unfortunately, this year's version only tells me "2011" whereas for 2010 it tells me "09.06.12211".

I've filed a Support Request, but all they've told is the "The Version number is stored in the Journal files." Ummm, I don't think so. It may be IN the Journal, but that's not where it comes from.
